BACK on Bedrest

Well, it was an interesting weekend for Daddy, Mommy and me. We took a couple rides to the Family Birthing Center here in Fargo.

On Monday night, Daddy finally convinced Mommy to go in because she thought she was having contractions. Sure enough, she was...but not dialating, she got a shot of something to relax the contractions, then we went home.
Tuesday morning, Dr. Jeff told Mommy to take it easy for the day, so we didn't go to work. About 3 pm, we went back up to the Birthing Center because Mommy's contractions were between 5-15 minutes apart, which isn't normal this early. We got hooked up to all of the machines and they were about 6-7 minutes apart and pretty strong. She still was not dialating,
WHICH IS GOOD, I'm not ready to come out yet!!!
She got another shot and we were sent home with a prescription for something to stop the contractions. Mommy needs to take these every 4-6 hours to prevent the contractions. We are to stay home until we can see the Dr. again next Tuesday morning. Don't worry, I'm still movin' like mad! So, here we are, bored again, and relaxing, like Dr. Jeff told us to!

Congratulations, Auntie Sabrina

HAPPY GRADUATION, SABRINA!

Yep, the last of the Swanson grandchildren has finally graduated. Now it's onto the great-grandchildren, but another few more years for that. We are so proud of Sabrina. She will be attending MSUM (Minnesota State University of Moorhead) in the fall of 2007, she seems very excited to use her new digital camera that she got from grandpa Rod and grandma Carol.

Getting Closer...

The Wait is OVER...

Ok, not officially... but Mommy and Daddy finally found out that
I'M A BOY!!!
They were so excited! Mommy had another ultrasound of me and everything looks great. The placenta has "moved" so Dr. Jeff says that its no longer an issue. Yippee! The technician says I'm measuring at 29 weeks and 2 days (instead of 28 weeks and 4 days), but the Dr still hasn't changed my official due date. Mommy thinks I may enter the world a little early, but I'll have control over that! Tee hee!
